A.J. Mazza, P.E., CBCP, CLEP, RCDD, LEED® Accredited Professional, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Gannon University and holds an AE in Electrical Engineering Technology and a BET Electrical Engineering, and is an Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP), Building Industry Consulting Serivces Internationals (BICSI), Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), and United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED® AP) Accredited Professional. Mr. Mazza has engineering and Design/Build experience in such project as St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, PA, the FBI Cleveland Field Office, and PowerMax regional distribution center for OfficeMax in McCalla, AL. Mr. Mazza has held the position of President of the Cleveland office for a national design/build electrical and telecommunication design/build firm, as well as holding positions as Cleveland Section President, Great Lakes Regional Vice President, and Director for the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA).
Matthew Setzekorn, P.E. BEMP, CBCP, LEED® Accredited Professional holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and an AE Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology Boston, and is a registered Professional Engineer, United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED® AP) Accredited Professional, ASHRAE Building Energy Modeling Professional, and Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Certified Building Commissioning Professional. Additionaly, Mr Setzekorn serves as a Co-Chair of the Northeast Ohio USGBC High Performance Building Committee, is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Energy Star Service and Product Provider, Member of the Advisory Committee for ITT Technical Institute School of Drafting and Design, and instructor of Environmental Technology II at Kent State University, College of Architecture. Mr Setzekorn has designed multiple projects for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, University Hospitals, and Metro Health Medical Center.
